Despite the name, this game has NOTHING to do with Sonic Jam on the Sega Saturn. In fact, this game is the complete opposite of Somari (another Pirated game). While Somari was a sonic game on the nes, where you played as Mario, This is a Mario game on The Genesis, where you play as sonic! The whole game is just Super Mario Bros, with sonic. The controls suck, and overall, this pirate sucks balls. The Genesis was never meant to play Super Mario Bros
